The Department of Economic Development and Youth report that on August 4 came into force the economic assistance to accompany young people enrolled in the National Youth Guarantee System, who sign a contract for training and learning, and this in order to favor the employability and insertion in the labor market of the group of young people with low educational levels.
They will be requirements to be able to enjoy this help, be a beneficiary of the National Juvenile Guarantee System and not be in possession of any of the following titles at the time of signing the contract for training and apprenticeship (technical degree, Bachelor or degrees officially recognized as equivalent to the aforementioned qualifications as well as professional certificates of level 2 or 3).
Likewise, they must commit to initiate and carry out a training activity and begin a service provision through a contract for training and learning that will last a minimum of one year, in order to obtain a certificate of complete professionalism.
The financial assistance will be received during the term of the contract and will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
In the case of people with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, the aid may have a maximum duration of 36 months depending on the individualized training plan that has been adapted to the needs of the person.
In addition, it may be requested if different contracts are made for training and learning, up to a maximum of three, provided that all the aid received does not exceed the maximum duration indicated in the previous point.
In case of not having received it due to its maximum duration, the termination of the contract will result in the reduction in the aid.
Its amount will be equal to 80 percent of the public monthly multipurpose income indicator in force at any given time, with the payment of the economic aid for monthly installments of 30 days, within the month following the one corresponding to the accrual;
and will be made by crediting the account of the financial institution indicated in the application.
Accompanying assistance that is not paid to the Social Security will be incompatible with the receipt of unemployment benefits, being compatible with the incentives for hiring that would result in the contract for training and learning held.
Provided that at the end of its initial duration, or at the end of each of the successive extensions, the companies become indefinite the aforementioned contracts for training and learning will be entitled to a bonus in business quotas for common contingencies to Social Security for a period of 3 years that will amount to 250 euros per month (3,000 euros / year), this specific bonus will be additional to that provided for by the conversion into indefinite contracts for training and learning established in Article 3 of the Law 3/2012.
The conversion of the contract into an indefinite one must be carried out full-time and the company will be obliged to keep the hired worker at least three years from the date of conversion;
likewise, it must increase with the transformation of the contract the level of indefinite employment.
Your application must be submitted to the Office of Public Services of State Employment Services corresponding to the address, the deadline to submit the request is fifteen working days following the start of the contract for training and learning.
The right to financial assistance will be born from the moment the requirements are met.
The economic effects occur from the date of registration in Social Security, provided that it is requested within the deadline.
If not requested within that period, the economic effects will occur from the day following the application and the duration of the support will be reduced in as many days as between the date on which the birth of the right had taken place. made the request in time and form and that in which it had actually been made, both inclusive.
