The City of Totana celebrates this coming Thursday, the 27th, full ordinary for the month of September, which officially starts the activity of the new political year 2018/19 and includes a total of 15 items on the agenda, among which stands out the proposal of the Mayor's office on approval of the municipal general budget for the year 2018.
In addition, it includes the proposals of the councilor of Finance to the file number 5/2018 of cancellation and rectification of accounting balances of expenses and returns of revenues and non-budgetary operations in municipal accounting, and another to elevate to final file number 4 / 2018 of recognized cancellation of closed years for bankruptcies, respectively.
Likewise, the proposal of the councilor of Citizen Participation and Celebrations on modification and updating of the Commission of Celebrations and its operating guidelines will be discussed.
Also included are the proposals of the Mayor's office to extend the term of the proceedings regarding the tax on the increase in value of urban land agreed in full on March 29, 2017;
and another requesting the inclusion of the municipality of Totana in aid to farmers for the episode of rain and hail last August 16.
Motions of political groups
The corporative ones will debate the PP motion so that next October 12, coinciding with the Day of the Hispanic Heritage, feast of the Virgin of the Pillar and taking into account that the 13th of it, the 175th anniversary of the Spanish Flag is commemorated, A tribute to the flag of Spain and its territorial cohesion is celebrated in Totana.
The PP has submitted another motion on rejection of the holding of a referendum or consultation in Catalonia, or in any other part of Spanish territory, which violates the Constitution or breaks the unity of Spain.
The agenda includes the motions of the Municipal People's Group on the Mudejar coffered ceiling in the Church of Santiago and the implementation of the commercial park in Totana.
The Municipal Socialist Group has raised a motion regarding the prevention and control of absenteeism and school dropout in the Region of Murcia.
Finally, the Municipal Group Win Totana-IU high two motions to urge the Governing Council of the Autonomous Community for the provisioning of places in the Murcian Institute for Agricultural Research and Development and Food (IMIDA);
and on the cataloging of the regional park of Sierra Espuña as a national park.
