Totana will again celebrate on October 12 the institutional act of homage to the Flag of Spain (23/09/2018)

The City of Totana will hold, again, on Friday, October 12, at 1:00 p.m., the institutional act of homage to the Flag of Spain coinciding with the Day of the National Holiday of Spain and the onomastics of the Virgen del Pilar , patroness of the Civil Guard, in the Plaza de la Constitución of this town, in front of the Santa Eulalia temple.

At 11:00 a traditional eucharist will take place at the Tres Aves Marías Convent where the agents of the Benemérita pay homage to the deceased members of the corps in service;

so the institutional act will be held at the end of the mass.

Once the Eucharist ends, starting at 1:00 p.m., the civil and military authorities belonging to the EVA 13 and Civil Guard agents will move to the Plaza de la Constitución, where the Totana and Choral Music Group Santiago will perform the national anthem and the flag will be hoisted in an act that will allow honoring the national insignia and the State Security Forces and Corps.
