The City Council and the Minister of the Presidency and government have signed a cooperation agreement (11/01/2010)

The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and the Minister of Presidency and Public Administration, María Pedro Reverte, have signed a collaboration agreement for the provision of care services to citizens of the Autonomous Region of Murcia, through Single Window in the Consistory of Totana.

Through this agreement, the Town Hall will continue to provide their services according to the principles of efficiency, decentralization and deconcentration in order to bring the Administration closer to citizens, in the sense of making it available.

In this way, is to have the proper channel to improve its efficiency and service quality through close collaboration between governments, which by their scope and nature are closer, as the City and the region.

The development of corporate information systems, the implementation of telephone service to the public 012 and the progressive move towards e-government, highlight the need to adapt and tailor services to the city from the so-called Single Window to improve the quality of services and offer a unique expertise in custom-face attention.

Functions and powers of the Single Window:

Provide citizens face service and general information about requirements and deadlines of the procedures contained in the Regional Administration Guide Autonomous Community Services, providing models of applications contained therein.

Receive, record and send an immediate way, by means that ensure its receipt, the written submissions and requests destined for the various government bodies.

Perform immediate response actions of the regional administration to be established by amending this Agreement in addition to securities issuance and renewal of large families, sealing, renewal and issue of duplicate card job application and issue digital certificates to citizens.

Start the handling of complaints and suggestions that arise concerning the operation of public services.

Give knowledge of the different channels of information to citizens of the CRMA existing media access

Collating documents accompanying applications, documents or communications as appropriate

Issuing the rate of the Regional Administration of the proceedings brought against the window.

Perform the functions of collaborative collection management is requested.

Any other action of citizen services.
