The Directorate General of Housing subsidizes 75 percent of the works of adaptation, restoration of facades, roofs and medians of several properties
The Councillor for Housing and Real Estate, Daniel Aroca, visited the works of rehabilitation of facades, roofs and medians Triana Main Street, together with the architects of the autonomous region to check their development.
Aroca explained that in this first phase is under way to restore the facades of two buildings located on Main Street Triana, the number 2 and 8, the project amounts to a total of 151,739 euros.
The Autonomous Community has awarded a grant of 75 percent of all of this work, 113,804 euros, and 25 remaining to be paid by the owners of the property.
As indicated by the Councillor for Housing, Daniel Aroca, this action will improve the quality of life for the residents of this area projecting a better image of the oldest buildings at a time and at the same time, these works conducive work a much needed sector such as construction.
This is the first action to be carried out in this area, in addition to comprehensive rehabilitation to be held in the district of San Roque, whose funding bill has been passed weeks ago to allow 40 facade remodel buildings the area.
