The councilman of Health, Trini Cayuela, on the occasion of World AIDS Day, has launched a new campaign to fight AIDS and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), stressing the importance of early diagnosis and the best way to fight the spread of the disease.

On the occasion of World AIDS Day to be held on Tuesday 1 December, the Department of Health has joined the campaign promoted by the Ministry of Health to develop a series of activities aimed to inform, awareness and facilitate the prevention, care and treatment to HIV positive people.
