The Councillor for Citizen Participation, Juan Carrion Tudela, held a meeting recently with the city residents' groups to inform them of the new city ordinance governing subsidies and collect the needs and demands of these associations.

During their meeting, the mayor reported the approval by the full City Council by-law governing subsidies provide copies to attendees and guests during the month of public display of it, to make whatever arguments they consider appropriate.
