The Municipal Tourist Information Office of Totana is recognized by the quality certification ISO 9001 (11/06/2009)

The Minister of Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, and the Director General of Tourism, Angel M.

Gil Campos, have been delivered to the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, along with 24 other municipal representatives in the Network of Tourist Offices in the Region of Murcia, the certification of ISO 9001:2008 for the Branch Network Tourism, in a ceremony that took place this morning at the Tourist Center of Competence, the capital of Murcia.

During the ceremony, the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, presented the certification of quality of the Network of Tourist Information Offices in the Region of Murcia, which currently has 28 centers attached to the system ISO 9001 and 3 points information and the addition of 2 new offices in 2009, the de Moratalla and Archena

The implementation of the proposed network of tourism offices in the region officially began on March 26, 2002, with the primary objective of maintaining an updated regional tourist information, strengthen quality processes, create a unique image as a network and implement a tool, PACE, connecting all offices and they were dumped in real-time data derived from this service.
