The Department of Youth, through the Local Employment Center for young people, has reported the announcement of financial support for public or private companies of the Institute of Youth in the Region of Murcia to participate in the program Eurodyssey.

The mayor of the sector, Josefa María Sánchez Méndez, explained that Eurodyssey is an exchange program that aims to provide young people with professional experience abroad, as well as the ability to improve a language.

The requirements of people who want to participate in the program and work placement abroad are the following: being between 18 and 30 years, be registered / as in the Region of Murcia, establish a professional qualification and / or professional qualification, have knowledge of the language of the host country and be registered as a jobseeker or claimant in improving employment situation in the Regional Employment Service and Training, with the deadline for applications for interested young people opened in 2009.
