The Collective for Social Promotion "The Candle" in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration through the Directorate General of Family and Children, is conducting recreational and educational activities in various areas of Totana, to to bring more young people to participate in various workshops and educational games, and rescue the tradition of playing.

This activity called "The ludobús", which already has three years old, aims to bring more young people from each of these districts to participate in various workshops and educational games.

This weekend, the children enjoyed the activities that took place in the forecourt of the chapel of San José.

Throughout the morning all the children and youth from the area participated in the workshops of plates, stilts and makeup, as well as popular games like "mate", "The Patogol", "La Comba", "The Valley "" The basketball competition "and many more fun games.

A team of specialized instructors in animation and dynamic group will travel during the months of February and March to various neighborhoods and districts of Totana with the aim of bringing and providing meaningful experiences through play and recovering occupying public spaces.

It seeks to recover the tradition of playing as a means of socializing the young, while contributing to education through the primary and most effective teaching tool for children, as a universal language and the main path of insertion in reality.

On Saturday February 21 activities will take place in the hermitage of San Roque, on Saturday February 28 in the hamlet of El Paretón in the park next to the Health Center, on Saturday March 7, in the district was high in sports tracks (old school) on Saturday March 14 at the Plaza Balsa Vieja, on Saturday March 21 in the plaza of the hermitage of San Jose, and Saturday March 28 at the Chapel Square San Roque.
