Totana City Council has signed a collaboration agreement with the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration to grant residents of the places that depend on internal IMAS "La Purisima", located across the street from the Nun in Totana.
In total, the Autonomous Region will invest in the next two years a total of 1,256,160 euros.
This agreement is intended to meet the needs of comprehensive care of elderly dependents through the reservation and occupancy of residential places in the residence "La Purisima."
In this sense, the councilman of Social Welfare, Juan Carrión, explained that by signing this document, in addition to receiving the money necessary to provide the best conditions in the nursing facilities, allows for comprehensive care of older people the physical, mental, social, recreational and participatory.
It also establishes the basis for accommodation, meals, personal care, control and protection of the elderly, geriatric care, social, occupational and rehabilitation, among other services in the nursing home.
