Before the meeting convened on 23 October by Mayor Board of Spokesmen of City Hall, the Municipal Socialist Group wants to add the following:
The time and day of celebration of it has been made without any consensus of the Mayor and availability without the employment of not receiving a salary of City Hall.
The mayor's proposal of wanting to normalize relations and institutional policies of the groups goes first, for its withdrawal from public life and to stay ahead of the city of Totana is generating confidence and flight of investment, wealth and of job creation.
Besides such normalization would be restored because the conditions of presence and dedication to the council means the council of the opposition and civic groups, which unilaterally suspended the mayor in March.
We're quite inclined to negotiate and agree a coherent and realistic budget for the city of Totana, at a time as difficult as we are living, but we must make clear that this consensus involves establishing a timetable and work plan prior, no in that we are given a budget and closed, a week or a fortnight before the Plenary, and ultimately end up imposing their roll.
Normalization now says the mayor claim, in no case can stay ahead of the gallery and take a picture, meaning the public what it really is not.
If true spirit of the meeting, consensus and standardization, there will be Municipal Socialist Group, otherwise continue attending meetings strictly essential, which are those of the Advisory Committees of the Contracting Officers and Full.
All these considerations have been delivered to the secretary of the Board for them to be read at the meeting and stay aware of them.
