To be proposed to the Plenary the adoption of the collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works to fund the "Restoration of the Casa del General Aznar" (29/09/2008)

The Department of Planning and Sustainable Development will propose to the plenary, to be held on Tuesday 30 September, the approval of the collaboration between the Ministry of Works, Housing and Transportation and the city of Totana to fiananciar the "Rehabilitation of the House General Aznar "

The rehabilitation project, drafted by the municipal architect, Francisco Barnes Romero, has a performance contract amount of 583,000 euros, to be funded 50% by the Autonomous Community and the town of Totana, with the contribution of 291,500 euros, respectively .

The City Council of Totana property recently acquired the property from the house of General Aznar of the town, with the purpose of carrying out a comprehensive reform of it to make it new municipal offices, and improve the quality of service provided to citizens basic services concentrating around the main building.
