Occupational Center "José Moya" farewell to the month of September with a closing party to progress (14/07/2008)

The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, Councillor for Social Welfare, Juan Carrion Tudela, and the councilman of Youth, Josefa María Sánchez Méndez, closed last Friday the program of training activities aimed at people with disabilities have developed over the academic year 2007/2008 Occupational Center "José Moya" in the locality.

To mark the completion of the educational activities of the center, there was a way to act involving addition to the 34 users and professionals, numerous friends of the center, who did not want to miss this special day users Centre.

During the evening of Friday, the visitors could see a projection of the leading images of the activities that have been made in the period between September 2007 and July 2008, and an individual projection of the evolution and trajectory of each User center

In addition, during the municipal authorities were presented the diplomas to recognize the effort made by everyone who attended the center during this course.

In this sense, the center's director, José Antonio Romero, took stock of the academic year highlighting both the increase in users, with the addition of Romulus, as the activities developed during the course.

Thus, highlighted the quality of courses, workshops and taught by professionals from the center, which makes "users are growing day by day as autonomous, responsible adults" and thanked the City for their collaboration during all these seven years of operation of the center, which has established itself as a quality resource in the field of stimulation for people with learning disabilities.

Totana Mayor praised the hard work done by all professional staff of the Centre and expressed his pleasure at being shared with the audience the time of closure, and noted the improvements made in the center, that have been opened recently, such as new locker rooms and fitting tailored ship current workshop.

Also made a commitment to continue working on improving the quality of work performed from the center.

For his part, Carrion Tudela also had words of appreciation to the center's professional team, a "very professional and committed team that has combined with all users and specialized individualized work" and appreciated the commitment of all the people who make up the operation Centre direct.
