New User Advisory Service of the Municipal Services will be provided on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 13:30 pm in the outbuildings of the ORA on the ground floor of the City of Totana, on the ground floor the old building, access to which is down Main Street Sevilla.

The mayor, Juan Jose Canovas, Councillor for Economic Development, Antonia Camacho, and the municipal technician in charge of service management, legs Pedro Pallares, presented this innovative service that was created to make profitable the resources and infrastructure available to citizens to have a cash savings.

The actions to be carried out, as explained, are promoting savings through appropriate procurement of services such as electricity, gas and telephone, among others;

fraud prevention;

promoting the consumption of organic products and advice in the formulation of claims (personalized service)

This would result in the efficient use of water, electricity and other goods;

and is also improving relations between producers, distributors and wholesalers, some sought;

and users on the other, for the sake of both the improvement of local commerce and the civic life in general, promoting and avoiding arbitration claims in court.

This service is intended to help consumers and users by promoting channels of participation in the defense of their interests, and advice and information will be provided to this group;

and by stakeholders develop basic skills such as handling complaints or allegations.

In addition, it calls for better training of users as a premise to understand and properly exercise the rights granted to users and consumers as citizens;

and report to the evictions advice and guidance on housing leases.

Other issues to provide this service training and education to promote civic behavior of consumers and users.

Social bonus for vulnerable consumers

One of the issues on which we will work to inform consumers and users of Totana will be in the so-called "social bonus for vulnerable consumers", a tool that benefits individuals consuming electricity in your residence and granted voluntary price for the small consumer (PCPV).

This mechanism can accommodate consumers with contracted power less than 3 kW and other target groups such as large families, pensioners and the unemployed.

The location of the service is on the ground floor of the old Town Hall (front door access to Popular Bank) and is staffed by a specialist officer in this area.
