A new season of "fitness training" municipal program starts tomorrow at the gym of "Jail" (30/09/2015)

The municipal "fitness training" program for adults starts on Thursday, October 1, in the gymnasium of Socio-Cultural Center "Jail", with three shifts in the mornings and five afternoons;

and thus opening new season in the same cradle.

The program will run three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) at the following times: 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning;

and 15:30, 18:00, 19:00, 20:30 and 21:30;

and it has a monthly price of 22 euros.

The program also includes the provision of "Special Column Gymnastics", with specific at 16:30 and 20:00 hours respectively;

and a cost of 11 euros per month.

In addition, the Department will also offer from the same Thursday, October 1, the special program "Gymnastics Disability", held in collaboration with the Municipal Service of People with Mental Illness, in their own neighborhood facilities Tirol- Camilleri, two days a week: Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30.

Also in the Municipal Centres for the Elderly, in collaboration also with the Municipal Service for Older People, the program "Gymnastics for the Elderly" will take place.

In Totana, the activity will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays, at 17:30;

while in the Paretón be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 16:30.

Registration for municipal activities "Jail" gym will be held in the same facility from the same Thursday, October 1, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 10:30 hours in the tomorrow;

and 16:00 to 21:30 in the afternoon.

In the case of specific fitness programs for older and disabled, registrations can be formalized in municipal centers themselves be taught activities done through the appropriate municipal technicians.

The Department of Sports reports that there are special discounts of 15% for three members of one family;

20% when it is four;

and 50% for people over 61 and disabled.

Finally, there is also a 25% discount for belonging to a large family.
