The young countertenor totanero Pedro Perez has participated in recording the new CD of the Baroque Orchestra of Murcia 'Music in the Kingdoms of Murcia and Valencia' next to the Old Chapel of Murcia and the Ensemble of minstrels 'The Danserye'.
This is a very special recording that retrieves and shows off great authors of the Renaissance and Baroque periods Levantine, such as Ambrosio Cotes, Ginés Pérez, Matías Navarro or Sebastián Raval territory.
Composers and main chapel masters in cathedrals and churches of Orihuela, Valencia, Granada, Seville, Venice or Palermo, and thanks to the support of Campus Mare Nostrum is rescued from oblivion.
Under the direction of Albert Alcaraz, totanero countertenor, with a cast of professional musicians of the first rank, offer now a presentation in Murcia city, in the Church of San Lorenzo, at room later CD presentation concert will be represented in different venues and festivals in the country, and today, will be led by renowned musicologist Enrique Encarnacion.
