All users of the Day Centers of the town celebrated the International Disability Day by reading a manifesto and recreational activities that have taken place in the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja.
Under the theme "Sustainable development: the promise of technology" have joined their voices to raise awareness of the importance of overcoming existing barriers to full participation and integration of people with disabilities in our society.
In addition to users of the Day Centre for People with Disabilities "José Moya" and Day Center for Persons with Mental Illness "Princess Letizia" have joined the act socio-health associations related to the field of disability and pupils several schools.
