The city of Totana processed a total of 16 civil marriages in the first half of 2014, with the month of June, with five, in which more were made, according to sources from the Bureau of Statistics managed by this procedure.
In addition, two in January, three were held in February, 4 in April and two in May.
Also, in 2013, were made in the Consistory totanero 22 civil marriages;
while in 2012 it held 31.
For the start of the Civil Marriage record is a prerequisite prior recourse to the Civil Registry Totana, Courts located in Totana, in avenue Rambla de la Santa, or in any Court of Spain.
The couple must be informed on that register the necessary documents for marriage.
There it will be provided along with the explanatory printed the necessary documentation, the request for subsequent submission to the registry.
Remember that it is the exclusive competence of the Civil Registry, so you can not apply for marriage date in the city of Totana until the parties have themselves known on that register for the appropriate procedure.
After the hearing with witnesses in the civil registry, the couple may be sent to City of Totana (Statistical Service, ground floor) and request the date of marriage.
They are fixed as working days for the celebration of civil marriages in the city of Totana Monday through Friday, noon;
and weekends, for this purpose enabling the Plenary Hall.
The amount of the fee for each service is established in the Tax Ordinance so that is 60 euros on weekdays at noon;
and 120 euros on Friday afternoon and weekends.
