Totana City Council held an extraordinary plenary morning (18:00 hours) at the initiative of the opposition groups to discuss the impact and operation of the new Municipal Water after his rescue by the Consistory in September 2012.

Have also been asked numerous technical reports on the performance of networks for water and wastewater sectors; historical billing, debt to the Commonwealth Taibilla Channel, investments and improvements in networks, among many others.
The special meeting will be held prior to the month of January for the ordinary, which is expected to be included in the agenda the discussion of the general budget for 2014.
