REGULATION

Article 1. - The 13th Grand Prix Panzamelba Big Pond is a test organized by the Athletics Club Totana.

The test will take place on Saturday September 21, 2013 at 18:30.

Article 2. - The path of the race is a road course (part asphalt and part dirt track) with a total distance of 8 kms, starting and finishing on the track of the sports center December 6, in Totana.

The course will be marked at each kilometer.

Article 3. - There will be a pitch control in about 4.75 Km.

There will be a maximum time to the finish.

Article 4. - There will be a liquid refreshment point, approximately at kilometer 3.5 and other liquid and solid in goal.

Article 5. - The only vehicles that can follow the test are designated by the organization.

Article 6. - The athlete may be disqualified by the organization in cases of:

- Do not run the cord in the chest during the tour

- By leaving the circuit marked out

- For athlete's physical deterioration

- By participating in the dorsal or chip other athlete

- By wearing a dorsal not authorized by the organization

- By not addressing the directions of the organization

- Entering no dorsal goal.

- No pass all checkpoints set.

Article 7. - The numbers will be made at the Sports City December 6 test day from 11:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs to 18:00.

For the removal of dorsal shall submit the certificate of registration and ID

Article 8. - Registration will be open from July 29 until September 16, 2013 at 14:00 h, with the registration fee of € 12.

The registration will be formalized through www.conchipmurcia.com web.

The day of the test and, as long as there has filled the quota of registrations, the fee will be 15 €.

Open to the age of 16 provided that they submit the parental authorization, with personal data and ID of the parent / legal guardian of it.

If entries were closed before September 16, unless changed by the Club, NO registrations can be made on the day of the race.

The organization reserves the right to change the registration procedure, notifying and informing in advance on their website.

There is a limit of 300 entries.

Article 9. - Once the registration is accepted, the registration fee WILL NOT REFUNDABLE.

Article 10. - The race will be controlled by the organizers and volunteers, guided by this regulation.

It will be managed by CHIP.

The official test rankings are unique competition timekeeper company.

The claims will be made orally to the Organization, not later than 10 minutes after the results officially communicated, falling ultimately the decision by the Organization.

Article 11. - We will establish the following classifications: trophies and gifts ARE NOT CUMULATIVE different classifications, prevailing the following order (both male and female categories): Absolute Ranking Ranking Categories Age Rating Local ABSOLUTE AGE CATEGORY MASC.

FROM 26 TO 35 YEARS (old) VETERANS A MASC.

FROM 36 TO 45 YEARS (old) VETERANS B ADR.

And FEM.

FROM 46 TO 55 YEARS (old) VETERANS C MASC.

And FEM.

FROM 56 TO 65 YEARS (old) VETERANS D MASC.

And FEM.

FOR 66 YEARS AND OLDER.

LOCAL is considered broker / local to all / to that / those born / ao taxed / a in Totana, at least 1 year.

Article 12. - To collect the prizes and trophies will be mandatory to present documentation athlete (DNI or Passport), losing the right to them in case of failure to appear.

Article 14. - If after 4 calendar days after completion of the test, winning athletes, whether trophies or awards, they had not removed them, they will automatically become the property of Totana Athletics Club, with no right to claim any awarded by the understanding that waive the awards.

Article 15. - There will be an insurance liability and accident that protects participants and the organization officially registered.

Article 16. - All participants, by the fact exit, accepts these Regulations.
