According to statements of the complainants Agents, "personal data recorded in the file of the Department of Human Resources, were found during a house search for an alleged offense practiced against Public Health Drug Trafficking in a house in the town of Totana".
Apparently, as reported in the statement, "the record is stopped at that family of an employee of the City of Totana which has access to those data."
Agents have evidence that "have been provided from the Human Resources department because it is only in that file where the address appears not updated one of them."
"Interviewed with the head of the department, this can not justify the leak of such personal data, and has requested an explanation from the alleged responsible, which has not given a reasonable argument of facts," the statement released by one of the agents affected.
"Agents denounce this act of violation of the Law on Protection of Personal Data because they and their families feel unprotected."
No doubt that "intent to submit your information to a potential offender is nothing that jeopardize the physical integrity of their immediate families," the statement concluded.
