The Fourth Day 'Taste of the Region of Murcia', organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, through the Institute of Tourism was held on Monday and has been dedicated to the regions of Upper and Lower Guadalentin's hand chefs Eneko Fernandez and Raul Martinez, owners of the restaurants 'La Cava' Lorca and 'Square' Totana, respectively.
During the demonstration, Live chefs have shown different methods to achieve innovative textures through such traditional ingredients like broccoli and artichokes.
Among the dishes that have been prepared include the crispy artichoke and broccoli foam.
