The Collective for Social Promotion "The Candle" in your line of collaboration with the business of the town, has signed three cooperation agreements with companies located in the town of Totana.
Under these agreements, township twelve people have made theoretical and practical training in various trades.
This practical training is part of the actions that "The Candle" developed with the aim of improving the employability of people at risk or social exclusion.
Thus, between March and April, were given two training courses, Kitchen Assistant (30 hours) and Building Cleaning (42 hours), in which twelve people participated, having developed all one traineeship partner companies.
For the Kitchen Assistant course has had the collaboration of Azor Raul Martinez-Arias, head of the Restaurant Plaza, while for the course Building Cleaning companies have been collaborating Eulen Group and Messengers of Peace.
The Collective "The Candle" highlights the importance of the involvement of these companies in the formative processes of people who are in a difficult personal and social situation due to the long period of unemployment suffering certainly work placements offer students the opportunity to learn a trade directly, through direct observation and practice in a job.
Responsible for The Candle, have claimed that this hard work the result of collaboration with Obra Social La Caixa, and the particular sensitivity of the local business community, is making substantial progress in the employment of people with difficulties, despite the difficult economic situation being experienced by our economy.
