The Local Board of Amites-Totana (Friends of Hope Phone) continuing with the activities of this academic year 2012-2013, reports that already open enrollment period to work on personal development groups "Coping with life's difficulties ".
You can register until March 22 by calling 699 47 01 01 or in C / Pilar, 1, 1 Iz, Monday through Friday mornings from 12:00 to 13:00, also in our direction email indicated below.
The groups will be from 8 to 10 people maximum, in sessions of one hour and a half, once a week, for a duration of three months.
"Everyone we face problems and challenges in different stages of life. Sometimes lead a more or less satisfactory is not so much about the kind of difficulties which we live, but with the attitude and strategies we have to face them.
In difficult times, it is important to discover and improve the tools and skills we have to help us make the best of difficult situations.
