A total of 9 schools and 17 clubs will participate in this year's carnival parades Totana taking place this weekend in Totana.

For one thing, tomorrow Saturday February 9 from 16:30 pm the parade will start adult with participation of the rocks "Paper Dreams," "Olympus", "Eclipse", "The Tow", "spikes" , "The Beagle", "Gertrude", "Mambo", "The Pistonazo", "The Plates", "new rhythm", "Ole", "Tiara", "joy", "Fantasy", "Venice" and " Masupae ", municipal sources said in a statement.

The children's parade, which takes place on Sunday February 10, will feature the participation of schools, "La Milagrosa", "Tierno Galván", "San Jose", "Reina Sofia", "Santa Eulalia", "Deitania" "Santiago", "The Cross" and "Luis Perez Rueda".

Two separate parades will depart from the Old Institute, through the Avenida de Lorca, Sun Street, Constitution Square and Bridge streets, San Antonio and San Francisco de Asis to reach the fairgrounds.

The adult will leave at 16:30 and at 16:00 child.

Carnival Prizes will be awarded on Saturday from 01:00 hours at a popular local restaurant.

This year the awards have six categories.

Specifically, four categories are "Most Stylish Costume", "Most Original Costume", "funniest costume" and "Best Choreography" awards which are 200, 150 and 100 respectively.

Moreover, the category of "Best Makeup" has a prize of 100 euros and the "Orange Prize" 300 euros.
