The Mayor of Totana, Isabel Maria Sanchez and Councilman Popular Culture and Celebrations, Alfonso Cayuela, met with the Federation of Peñas Carnival finalize preparations for Carnival 2013.

The Federation of Peñas, with the collaboration of the Department of Culture, is working on the first initiatives that take place in the town and start on Saturday January 19 with the Gala Dinner where Carnival officially be presented to the Musa and Don Carnal 2013.
