Simon Conesa presented as the only candidate to succeed John Mula as president of the National Association to Promote Consumption of Broccoli
Farmers, producers, processing industry and related businesses to growing broccoli, researchers and others involved in Spain tomorrow Wednesday, June 27 at the Third General Assembly of + Broccoli, held at a restaurant in Totana.
During that period, it shall elect the new president of the National Association to Promote Consumption of Broccoli, a position that Simon Conesa presented as the only candidate to succeed John Mula.
With its first president, John Mula, the Association has developed over the past two years the first campaigns to promote the consumption of broccoli in Spain, originals achieving through a broad social impact initiatives.
The results of these campaigns will be analyzed by members of the Association over the Assembly and later business lunch.
Campaign 'Think of yourself'
Specifically, + Broccoli place last May a campaign under the slogan Think of yourself Spanish consumer has approached the nutritional and culinary excellence of the "superverdura" broccoli.
In more than 10,000 outlets of supermarket chains, fruit and hypermarkets throughout Spain were offered cooking tips and recipes for broccoli.
