The Executive Committee of the Spanish Association of Towns of Ceramics (AECC) has congratulated the Town Council of Totana for the excellent organization of the First Conference of the National Technical Ceramics held in the town on 2 October.
During the last meeting of this Committee held in Manises, which was attended by the Councillor for Crafts, María Isabel Sánchez Ruiz, President of the Spanish Association of Towns of Ceramics, Tirso Lumbreras, commended the council for the excellent organization of the Conference, as well as for the warm welcome received by participants.
Also, the president also highlighted the successful election of the hamlet of La Santa and location of such consultations and visits to the site of La Bastida Argárica as one of the most interesting.
During the General Assembly membership, Sánchez Ruiz delivered a brief presentation of the memory of the event, based on impressions gathered from the attendees themselves to them through a series of surveys.
In this regard, the mayor reported that average rating of the conference was excellent and remarkable.
The council, which gave each attendee a copy of memory and a DVD collector of photographs taken during the course of the same well as the presentations made, also said that he would proceed to send a copy of these documents, via email to all those who attended the conference, as well as hanging on the municipal website and the Association such documents for anyone to consult.
