City officials attending the first mass celebrated in honor of Santa Eulalia in the municipality (09/12/2010)

The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and more local authorities have attended the traditional Mass that is official in honor of St. Eulalia of Merida who returned to town from his hermitage in yesterday accompanied by over 12,000 pilgrims.

Locals and the church community have welcomed the image of the patron saint of the municipality in the hermitage of San Roque, where it will be moved this afternoon at 17:00 hours to the church of Santiago.
