Independent Television "7 Region de Murcia" broadcasts on Saturday, October 2, in its "From Land to Sea", a comprehensive report on the draft musealization and research work are being undertaken in recent years in the Oilfield Argárica of La Bastida de Totana.
The program will take place from 13:45 to 14.30 hours, and during the same broadcast interviews with teacher researchers, policy makers and visitors to this research project, museological and dissemination.
The Site Argárica of Bastida, which was discovered in the mid-nineteenth century, was declared of Cultural Interest in 2005 with the rank of archaeological site, and is located next to the Rambla de Lebor, framed in the plenary stage of the Bronze Argar the culture.
Currently, the Autonomous University of Barcelona is working in coordination between the municipality and autonomous region, with the help of teachers Vicente Lull, Rafael Mico, Cristina and Robert Risch Rihuete in archaeological work, which are revalued to implementation of the museological the site, a four-year (2009-12) which is becoming a reference to the regional level.
The total project budget to the amount of 4 million euros, of which the Autonomous Community has provided the amount of 1,200,000 euros, 700,000 euros Totana City Council, the Autonomous University of Barcelona another 700,000 euros, and the Ministry Industry the amount of 1,400,000 euros, which will be allocated to new technologies.
