The departments of Citizenship and Women and Equal Opportunities, together with the Federation of Women of the Region of Murcia, have organized a series of courses aimed at immigrant women's group Totana.
The first course, which is funded by the Institute for Women II under the Equal Opportunity Plan Municipal address "women's health, care, relaxation and breathing," which will be held on 15 and 17 November from 10:00 hours to 12:00 pm in the multipurpose room of City Council for Citizen Participation.
The objectives of this workshop, among others, will report on the positive impact of good nutrition, basic rules for good habits lead to attach importance to exercise, so that women gain knowledge to bring good nutrition to to build a sense of responsibility to their eating habits.
