The City Council of Totana celebrates tomorrow the last ordinary plenary session of this year, with a total of twenty-one items on the agenda (27/12/2017)

The City Council of Totana celebrates this Thursday, December 28, starting at 7:00 p.m., the last ordinary plenary session of this year (7:00 p.m.), with a total of twenty-one points on the agenda, in the that the plenary body will be informed of the reports issued on the follow-up of the different Adjustment Plans, as well as other matters related to the Treasury.

In addition, the proposal of the councilor of Roads will be treated to modify the documentation on rural roads of the municipality of Totana to benefit from the aid contained in the Rural Development program 2014/2020.

It is going to address the proposal of the councilor for Environment to request a Mobile Unit of the Atmospheric Surveillance Network of the Region of Murcia to the Ministry of Environment.

Motions of political groups

The Popular Municipal Group has raised several motions urging the City Council to establish an urgent way for the process of management of urban licenses that request assistance within the program of Urban Regeneration and Renovation (ARRU) of the Housing Plan of 2017;

and so that it is carried out by the Consistory, together with the PADISITO association, the start-up and management of a residence for people with intellectual disabilities in Totana.

In addition, another motion of the PP is debated for the modification of the Regulation of Organization and Operation of the City of Totana to establish a system of voting by points in its operative part, as well as the introduction of a new definition of motion.

The Municipal Socialist Group has also presented several motions regarding the promotion of photovoltaic energy installations for self-consumption, and for the equalization of salaries between the different police forces.

Similarly, the PSOE has raised two motions related to the preparation and incorporation of a program of Prevention and Attention to Homelessness into the future State Housing Plan, as well as compliance with the basic conditions of accessibility and non-discrimination.

Finally, the Municipal Group Win Totana-IU has raised several motions of support from the City of Totana to the demands of the Federation of Music Bands of the Region of Murcia and the requirement to the regional government and the Assembly of the immediate approval of the Music Law

Ganar Totana-IU has also presented another initiative to urge the Management of the Fire Fighting Consortium of the Region of Murcia for the qualification of the Fire Zone Park to the current local park of Totana-Alhama, increasing the number of troops to five firefighters daily, as well as the necessary material endowment for the complete functioning of the same.

Other motions of Ganar Totana-IU refer to urging the Government of Spain to promote a change in migratory policies based on respect for Human Rights and urge the Headquarters of the 5th Zone of Murcia, the Government Delegation and the Government of the Nation so that, within its own competences, the civil guards are increased and vacancies are filled.
