The Plenary of the City of Totana approached tomorrow 17 October, at 20:00 hours, in extraordinary session, the initial approval of the municipal budget Totana for 2017, made up of the budgets of the City Council and municipal private companies PROINVITOSA and CEDETO, SL, respectively.

In addition, the Mayor's proposal to be discussed includes the approval of the bases for implementation of the general budget for 2017, which are included in the dossier;

and the staffing table for this same year, which includes active staff credits and the number of vacancies to be filled in this year.

The City of Totana has had to submit to mandatory and binding report of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration the approval of the municipal budgets, as set out in RDL 8/2013, of June 28, of urgent measures against the delinquency of the public administrations and support to local entities with financial problems.

This case is for municipalities that can present a debt that can be offset by deductions in the participation in taxes of the State and that is higher than their non-financial income, deducted from the settlement of budgets for the year 2012;

as well as for municipalities that enter into credit operations to finance the negative cash flow for general expenses.
