The Cyclist Club Santa Eulalia de Totana has open until the 29th of September the registration period to participate in the "XI Memoral MTB Domingo Pelegrín-Bihr Grand Prix", which will be celebrated with a journey of 48 kilometers in tracks and technical paths of the Sierra Regional Resort. The Councilor for Sports, Isabel Maria Molino, and the representative of this club, José Andreo, have presented this test, already traditional in the schedule of the circuit BTT XCM in the Region of Murcia, and as in editions previous expects to congregate more than 200 bikers from the provinces of Murcia and bordering.

In this edition, once again, the organization has opted for a long route of 48 kilometers of poor paths and forest tracks, and a shorter alternative of 25 kilometers for those who want to enjoy this sport of mountain biking in another way for the beautiful places of Sierra Espuña.

The departure will be at 9:00 am in the Sanctuary of La Santa, just as the goal;

and will have a medium-low difficulty (cumulative elevation of 1,300 meters and 700 meters, respectively for the two routes offered to runners).

The inscription prices are 20 euros for federated and 30 for non-federated;

and prizes will be awarded for the first three of each category (cadet, junior, sub23, elite, master30 / 35, master 40/45, master + and females) as well as the top three.

The absolute winner of the test last year was Ismael Adán (MundoBici), who used a time of 2.04.14, followed by Ismael Hernandez Garcia, and Juan Carlos Gandía, who entered more than four minutes of the winner.

As for the short course, the first to cover it was Daniel Vazquez Rocha, with a time of 1.13.56.

After the test, the organization will offer, as is traditional, runners a meal of brotherhood and coexistence, in addition to the already consolidated massage services and bicycle parking.

Andreo thanked the collaboration of the City Council of Totana, Civil Protection, Civil Guard, forestry agents, Murcia Federation of Cycling, sports volunteers and sponsors to make possible, one more year, the celebration of this emblematic test of the regional calendar of BBT.
