The Center for Local Development of Totana maintains its services to provide advice to all those people registered in this municipality, who need work and training guidance in order to find a professional outlet or form-recycle, while it is intended to help Local businesses to find candidates for vacancies that arise in their organizations.
For this purpose, this service has a job and training grant with registered users of job and training applicants;
And also all the information that is needed on job offers and information as well as on courses for both unemployed and workers.
These include Certificates of Professionalism, Training Projects and Mixed Programs of Employment and Training that are taught and managed at the Local Development Center, among others.
Among the occupations most in demand by users are those related to the services sector, such as cleaning, dependent, attention to the public, caretaker of elderly people, receptionist or administrative, among others.
It is also important to mention that, in parallel to this job and training scholarship for over 30 years, called ADL-Inserta, the Local Youth Employment Center and the Youth Guarantee System are managed, both aimed at children under 30 years of age.
Thus, the Local Development Center also provides information for the registration in the national file of Youth Guarantee, in this case, those young people who meet the necessary conditions and want to do so.
To be able to enroll in the Youth Guarantee System, it is necessary to comply with the following requirements with prior character:
- Have Spanish nationality or be citizens of the Union or of the States party to the European Economic Agreement or Switzerland who are in Spain in the exercise of free movement and residence.
Foreigners holding an authorization to reside in Spanish territory that qualifies to work may also register.
- To be registered in any locality of the Spanish national territory.
- To have more than 16 years and less than 25, or less than 30 years, in the case of persons with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, at the time of applying for enrollment in the National System of Youth Guarantee.
In addition, those over 25 and under 30 when, at the time of requesting enrollment in the National System of Youth Guarantee, the unemployment rate of this group is equal to or higher than 20 percent, according to the Survey of Active Population corresponding to the last quarter of the year.
- Not having worked on the natural day prior to the filing date of the application.
- Not having received educational actions on the natural day prior to the date of submission of the application.
- Not having received training on the natural day prior to the date of submission of the application.
- Submit a written declaration of interest in participating in the National System of Youth Guarantee, acquiring a commitment of active participation in the actions that are developed within the framework of the Youth Guarantee.
