The Ministry of the Interior, through the Secretary of State for Security and the City Council will adapt the technical computerized mechanisms necessary for members of the Local Police Corps of Totana acting on Gender Violence to join the "Comprehensive Monitoring System Of the cases of Gender Violence "of the Ministry of the Interior.
The Technical Services of the said Ministry and those of the City Council of Totana will jointly study the necessary procedures to adapt their computer systems and allow the necessary connections, executing them each in their area of ​​competence.
In addition, the Secretary of State for Security of the Ministry of the Interior will provide the training necessary for new users of the System to know its content and operation.
To this end, it will organize the appropriate training activities, in agreement with the City Council, aimed at the members of the Local Police who carry out functions in matters of Gender Violence.
The Secretary of State for Security, through the computer services, will carry out the necessary security checks and verify the integrity of the data stored in the system and the correct use of the same by the various users.
The said agreement will have a validity of four years from the date of its signature and will be renewed unanimously for another four years, unless the express denunciation, written in advance, of thirty days, made by one of the parties.
