The Planning Department has recently promoted a technical coordination meeting to provide the user with the administrative procedure to formalize the necessary coordination procedure between the Property Registry and the Notary Public with Cadastre, following the granting of municipal licenses for segregation or parceling by Part of this department.

Councilor Carlos Ballester has met together with technicians and legal counsel of his council to share the needs for this process together with professionals from other collegiate bodies or entities involved, in this case notaries, Notary officers, registrars, Cadastral technicians, among others.

The Council intends to guide the affected citizens in the collection of all the information and documentation necessary so that when they register their property in the Registry and in the Notary herself have all of it in order to streamline said procedure.

The segregation license is one that aims at the segregation or division of land classified as rustic or urban land;

And this is essential to formalize the public deed of segregation and the consequent registration in the Land Registry.

This is the procedure through which the interested party requests lalicencia to divide a farm, whether urban or rustic, into two or more lots.
