The Habaneras Evening and Popular Songs will be held on Saturday, July 22, at 9:30 pm, in the auditorium of the "Marcos Ortiz" municipal park of this town, and will have the participation of three musical groups.
The Councilor for Culture, Eulalia Moreno, and the representatives of different groups, Francisco Medina and Ceferino Ayala, have presented this activity included in the program of celebrations patron saint of Santiago.
The groups that will meet in this evening will be "Strings and Voices of Totana", "Friends of the Habanera" and "Coral Santiago".
The council explained that this contest seeks to recover the musical tradition that the Havanans have in Totana and hold a contest that allows to recall those of regional and national character that were held earlier this time of year.
