A total of seven unemployed young people, beneficiaries of the National System of Youth Guarantee and of the project Labor 2.0: Guarantee Juvenil, of the municipalities of Totana and Alhama de Murcia , after finishing the occupational training action "Auxiliary activities in nurseries, gardens and centers of gardening ", Taught from the project, have completed and completed 40 hours of practical training in real working environments, all related to gardening.

The young people are participants of the Project Labor 2.0: Youth Guarantee, made by the Collective for Social Promotion El Candil and financed by the European Social Fund, through the Youth Employment Operational Program and by the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.

These non-labor practices in companies specialized in nurseries and gardening, have meant for these young people a direct contact with real working environments, and have been able to take place thanks to the inestimable collaboration of several companies of the zone like, JARDIPLANT, Isidro Molino Martínez, Semilleros Deitana SL and Viveros Jardinelia, all of them companies with extensive experience in the provision of this type of services and to which we are gratefully thankful for their collaboration with the project.

The main objective of this practical training is for young people to approach the work reality of companies, and to acquire skills and professional skills, as well as to be able to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in real practice.

The business fabric has an important role in the project both in the formative-practical process of the young people and in the process of labor insertion, the last aim that is pursued with the participants of the project.

Through the project Labor 2.0: Juvenile Guarantee, it aims to inform, train and guide unemployed young people on aspects related to the world of work and their active search for employment, as well as guide them to expand their studies and / or training.

It is a socio-labor initiative, in which it tries to facilitate the labor insertion of those young people who are interested in participating actively in the change of their unemployment situation and that they find special difficulties.
