Up to now, this program has been used to help with the preparation of income tax returns, although it was eliminated last year for the majority of taxpayers and was only relegated to declarations of economic activities, mainly to the self-employed.

For the second campaign of income, taxpayers will have the 'Web Income' system, which is already generalized for all respondents, regardless of the nature of their income (labor, capital or economic activities) and has replaced the Parent Program and the draft of the IRPF, since it is a mixture of both.

According to the Department of Finance, the system 'Renta web' will be accessed from the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency and, in practice, will involve a proposal for a statement, as it was the draft, but simpler and extended to all taxpayers.

Its main advantage is that the taxpayer will see clear obstacles directly related to the computer discharge of the information of the draft - which until now only collected a certain income - or the program Father.

Identification and access

To access, it must be identified in the usual way - electronic IDI, key and reference number.

Once inside, it will be informed of the possible existence of differences between the data of the last declaration and those existing at the moment, and the identification data will have to be validated.

In an environment similar to the Father program, the taxpayer will see a series of data that are assimilated to the general data with which the Tax Agency makes the proposal and which will include those corresponding to the tranches or autonomous taxes whose information is known.

Once the process is finished, the declarant will only need to go to the bank with the entry and return document and a reference number, removing the hassle of going with the entire data sheet as before.

According to the taxpayer's calendar, on April 5, the start of the telematic presentation of the 2016 income campaign is given. To present the IRPF tax return in person, it will be necessary to wait until May 11 and, in both cases Cases, will be extended until June 30.
