The Mayor of Totana, Juan José Cánovas, has convened for Monday, April 3, at 19:30 hours, the Work Table of the General Municipal Plan of Ordinance (PGMO) to comply with the recent plenary agreement of the last session Of March and look for alternatives to the existing gap between general systems and building volume.
The Working Group of the PGMO, which met frequently in the previous legislature, is composed of a representative of each of the four municipal groups with institutional representation in the City Council, a representative of the CEBAG, AEMCO, and various municipal The Department of Urbanism.
In addition, it is presided over by the mayor and assisted by the secretary general.
The Plenary approved last week an agreement giving green light to an amendment to the whole of the PP to a motion of the PSOE that considered the possibility of making a new period of public exposure of the document of the General Municipal Plan of Ordination.
The proposal of the Popular Group was approved, with the popular votes and abstention of Ganar Totana-IU, C's and PSOE, after rejecting a transactional of the Socialist Group on the matter.
The initiative proposed that the table of work of the PGMO constituted in the previous legislature be reconsidered in order to find an alternative referring to the heights, if any, and that this alternative should serve as a tool for the municipal technicians drafting the Plan to be able to To consider the allegations relating to this issue.
In addition, it was agreed that said Bureau should undertake to work intensively and continue in the search for possible alternative proposals to avoid hampering the work of the municipal drafters of the Plan;
