The Department of Sports reports that twenty Totana schoolchildren belonging to the Juan de la Cierva, Reina Sofía and La Milagrosa schools participated in the Regional Field Final through School Sport held in Puerto Lumbreras.

The Regional Final of the Field through Sports School organized by the General Directorate of Sports of the Region of Murcia took place in Puerto Lumbreras on Wednesday, February 1, with the participation of twenty students from the children, cadet and youth categories belonging to The aforementioned Totana teaching centers.

All of them had to complete some routes that ranged between 2,500 meters and 4,000 meters, depending on the categories.

The most outstanding results of the school totaneros were the following: Trinidad Cerón Amaguaya (Juan de la Cierva), in the 78th position of the male child category;

Carmen Escarabajal Martínez (Reina Sofía), in the 18th place for the female child;

And Ginés Rosa Viñot (La Milagrosa), in the 88th male cadet position.

In addition, they obtained a good result Cindy Ceron Amaguaya (Juan de la Cierva), in the position 32º feminine cadet;

Juan Jesus López Martínez (Juan de la Cierva) in male youth;

And Marta Peris Solano (Juan de la Cierva), ranked 39th in the male youth category.
