The company Railway Infrastructure Administrator (Adif), responsible for the construction of the AVE, has begun the process to expropriate plots over 200 owners of Totana for the installation of overhead power line connecting 400 kV double circuit from Spanish substation power grid in the city to Adif traction substation.
