Students of the Certificate of Competence "Administrative Activities Customer Relationship", which is being conducted at the Center for Local Development of the City of Totana, in the mornings and Monday through Friday paid a visit to the Directorate General for Trade and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economic Development, Tourism and Employment Development in Murcia.
The course was received by Mrs. Maria Rosa Sancho Celdrán, Head of Consumer Protection Service and tutor at the Directorate General of Trade and Consumer Protection.
Students attended a theoretical / practical class taught by a technician Consumer Care, one inspector and Head of Consumer Arbitration Service, regarding the Certificate of Competence being taught.
The aim of these visits is that the student considers it as a complementary and extracurricular activity on your Certificate of Competence training, acquiring new knowledge and improve their professional training, returning it with more confidence in their learning process.
The student group has received, from the point of view of professionals, performing various tasks and advice, sharing work experiences from the tour group.
This educational visit is part of the activities proposed in the Professional Certificate of "Administrative Activities Customer Relationship", launched last March from the Department of Economic Development of the City of Totana and subsidized by the Regional Service employment and Training.
