Terra Sport Cycling as a company dedicated to tourism and sports promotion of cycling, with Sports Association Peñas Nine and collaboration of the Department of Sports City of Totana, will launch this July an introductory course to Cycling, with the aim to create a basis for a future School of Cycling in Totana.

In he developed the basic principles governing them and we draw those who practice this sport, and its purpose is to promote values ​​such as:

Coexistence and companionship

Respect for the natural environment.

The technical part of the course will be held on the following points:

Driving the bike.

Piloting techniques.

Road safety.

Use and best practices on the natural environment where it develops.

Basic training mechanics.

Clothing and basic equipment.

As feed.

What to do in case of an accident.

First aid.

Throughout the course, you have the presence of guests to tell us their sporting experiences and others who help us develop technical aspect and bicycle mechanics.

The beginning of the course will be on Saturday July 2 at 9:00 at the Sports Centre on December 6, the remaining days will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays from 19:00 to 20:45 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 11:00, ending on Saturday July 30.

any child or adult over nine years may take part in this course.

It is compulsory to wear a helmet and carrying mountain bike.

The course fee is € 50 per person and will have 20% discount children from large families and / or enrollment of two brothers.
