The Confederation of Employers of the Low Guadalentín (CEBAG) plans to hold several talks colloquium, which will involve accredited specialists in urban planning, to rate various aspects of the Urban Plan of Totana, which the plenary on January 26, Mayor's proposal, approved remedy in some technical aspects, and refer to Murcia for possible final approval by the Regional Government.
The first talk will be given on Wednesday 30 March by planning lawyer and former mayor of Alhama, José Espadas.
The next week will speak on urban architect, Felipe Iracheta, already intervened eight years ago in another talk CEBAG organized in conjunction with the then version of Plan 2008.
According to sources CEBAG, these two lectures, discussion with experts, will continue with other renowned urban planners.
According CEBAG, the main purpose of these talks and symposium is to promote greater knowledge and a broad debate on the PGMO, where they can participate managers CEBAG business associations and other professional guests, entrepreneurs and individuals.
A debate that according CEBAG allows to generate criteria, contrasting positions and evaluate various aspects of the Urban Plan of Totana, which according CEBAG, involves serious damage to thousands of owners of rural or urban properties of urban and rural Totana .
According to the President of CEBAG, Jose Luis Hernandez, although these talks are organized by CEBAG and aimed primarily at managers of their business associations;
They plan to invite representatives of the various political groups and the government team, so they can see, first hand, the valuation of accredited specialists on the PGMO of Totana, and even participate in the open debate on various aspects of same.
A debate that CEBAG trial is being curtailed and restricted by the Mayor and the government team, despite having promised and committed to consult ordinary citizens;
when they not even have been consulted nor held meetings with the most representative social and economic entities, as in the case of CEBAG, despite being requested in writing the Confederation to the Mayor and the government team, more than two months ago.
