Last Saturday, November 16, the Totana Roller Hockey team played two official matches of the League of the Skate Federation of the Valencian Community.

The Benjamines of the Totana Hockey Club played two official matches corresponding to the third and fourth day of the FPCV - HP - Benjamín League, of the Valencian Federation, given that, as we have already reported, the Region of Murcia does not have official competition in This sports discipline.

The mixed team, made up of boys and girls from Totana (Ángela, David, José Miguel, Isabel María, Álvaro, Javier, Mario, Alberto, Daniel and Javi), moved to the city of Murcia, where both meetings were held.

On this occasion the games were played in the “Nuevo Cagigal� Covered Pavilion, which has the regulatory hurdles for the practice of Roller Hockey, as well as a parquet surface.

The matches were resolved with unequal fortune, in the first against the historic Gandía HC, it ended with a defeat for the home team.

In the second game, the totanero team made their good game prevail and was able to win by a tight score (5–4) against CP Xabia.

At the end of both meetings, Alain Martínez, trainer totanero, was very satisfied with the attitude of his players as well as his enthusiasm and performance.

Relatives of the players accompanied the Club from the stands, where there was an atmosphere of sportiness between the different hobbies.

In this way, one of the challenges of the Totanero Club for this year is being met day by day: participating in official competition.

Finally, they hope that the new Municipal Corporation will plan the necessary actions, in a coordinated manner with the club, to achieve a sports track with fences for the practice of Roller Hockey, so that it contributes to consolidate this sports practice with a trajectory of more than Seven years in our municipality.
