A total of 15 people participate in the Training Course for Treatments with Phytosanitary Pesticides of Basic Level, which has been held at the Local Development Center, organized by the Union of Small Farmers (UPA), with the collaboration of the Department of Development Economic.

This formative action was closed by the councilors Inmaculada Blázquez and Verónica Carricondo, who presented the different accrediting diplomas to the participants.

This has lasted 25 hours, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm;

and to finish the same the students have to realize a practical test-examination in CIFEA-Lorca.

Totana City Council is aware of the importance of training in any sector and, taking into account our enclave, training in the agricultural field is considered very useful.

For all this, the Department of Economic Development has developed, in collaboration with the Union of Small Farmers this training action.

These are free courses, aimed at farmers, ranchers, entrepreneurs and professionals in the agricultural sector.
