The companies of the industrial estate "El Saladar" of Totana will have broadband connections of very high speed to begin in the adaptation to industry 4.0 under the agreement of collaboration that the City of Totana and the commercial "Teledistribución Totana, SL" they will subscribe for the implementation of state-of-the-art systems and solutions in this area.

The Local Government Board has recently approved the green light for the agreement between both entities, promoted by the Department of Economic Development, considering the needs raised for years by the entrepreneurs of the Totana industrial park;

taking advantage of the infrastructures and channels of underground services that allow the deployment and laying of the access network to be attended to.

For this reason, both entities will subscribe an agreement, for a period of ten consecutive years, for the use of municipal infrastructures in the industrial estate that allow the implementation of said project for the improvement of this essential service for the companies located there.

The telecommunications operator Teledistribución Totana, SL has submitted to the City Council, for its approval, a project that is part of the type A actions of the New Generation Broadband Extension Assistance Program convened by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism.

Thus, the actions envisaged in this project are aimed at extending the coverage of very high speed new generation access networks, capable of providing user access speeds above 100 Mbps.

In terms of the infrastructure to be used to carry out the deployment, and taking into account the predominant construction typology of industrial buildings, and given that the industrial estate has infrastructures and service pipelines, the underground laying has mainly been considered.

This project is fundamental to facilitate that in the industrial park that the companies and industries located there initiate the adaptation to industry 4.0, so that the broadband connections of very high speed that will be put at your disposal facilitate the adoption of systems and solutions of cybersecurity, cloud computing, big data and analytics, robotics, augmented reality, artificial vision, sensorization, design and additive manufacturing and communication for systems connectivity.

The City Council will transfer to the commercial the use of a space (showers and changing rooms) located in the Municipal Business Incubator, specifically on the ground floor of the volume of said building for offices and common areas, located in the industrial estate "El Saladar ", Calle El Limonero, 2, with an area of ​​7.24 square meters, with light supply, whose cost faces the City of Totana.

In addition, the aforementioned space will be used for the installation of the necessary equipment for the deployment and installation of the networks.

Likewise, the City Council authorizes said merchant to place a parabolic antenna of 60 centimeters in diameter on the roof of the building, respecting the facilities

Teledistribución Totana, SL will provide the City Council with an Internet connection, through fiber optic, complete and free of charge at the following locations and dependencies of the Totana City Council located in the "El Saladar" industrial estate:

· Local Development Center.

Calle Huertos Nuevos, 5.

· Vivero Empresas Municipal (VIVEM).

El Limonero Street, 2

· Child Care Center (CAI).

Likewise, the agreement includes that these connections will be enabled during the duration of the agreement;

and the characteristics of each of the 4 connections will be the following: symmetric speed: 100 MB / 100 MB;

Fixed public IP;

and router with wifi configurable by the client to give service to the end users;

in such a way that the merchant agrees to update the connection speed in the future according to the required service.
